Terms of Service

Agreement

By using IronworkerPath, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

What IronworkerPath provides

IronworkerPath is an independent educational publisher. It provides articles, planning tools, a personalized information kit, and an optional source-watch membership. It does not operate an apprenticeship, represent a union local, train or certify workers, provide safety training, hire or dispatch workers, control jobsites, file applications, provide legal advice, or approve minimum qualifications, selection, training credit, certification, safety compliance, affiliation, employment, wages, access, or timing.

IronworkerPath is an independent educational publisher, not an apprenticeship program, union local, employer, contractor, certification body, safety trainer, licensing authority, or law firm. This is general information, not legal, employment, safety, financial, certification, or professional advice. Requirements, standards, fees, application windows, selection rules, training, certifications, safety rules, wages, affiliations, contractor requirements, and jobsite practices change and vary. Confirm current information with every responsible source and qualified adviser. We do not select, train, certify, dispatch, hire, supervise, grant jobsite access, or promise work, wages, income, or timing.

Access links and your information

Paid materials and membership pages may use private tokenized links instead of passwords. Keep those links private, provide accurate checkout information, and contact support if you believe a link has been exposed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Bypass access controls or interfere with the service
  • Use automated access in a way that degrades service, evades controls, or violates applicable law
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Resell or redistribute generated documents commercially without authorization

Payments and refunds

The Apprenticeship + Cert Kit is a $129 one-time purchase. The subscription-first bundle charges $129 for the kit today, includes the first 30 days of Path Watch, and then renews automatically at the monthly or annual price disclosed at selection and checkout. A kit-only choice remains available. You can cancel recurring billing online; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid or included period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@ironworkerpath.com within 30 days. The separate refund policy controls the kit guarantee and explains recurring-payment treatment.

Intellectual property

IronworkerPath, including its original design, content, and tools, is owned by IronworkerPath or its licensors. A purchased kit may be used internally for the purchaser's own operation. You may not republish or sell the site, its article library, templates, or generated kit as a competing product.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IronworkerPath is provided "as is" without warranties of a particular minimum-qualification decision, selection, training credit, certification, safety status, affiliation, dispatch, wage, jobsite access, employment, income, deadline, or professional result. You remain responsible for current apprenticeship, local, employer, certifier, trainer, contractor, jobsite, and jurisdiction requirements, qualified advice, and your own applications and conduct. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend access for material misuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms. You may cancel a membership through the billing portal. Data retention and deletion requests are handled under the privacy policy and may be subject to transaction, security, legal, and operational retention needs.

Local rights

Nothing in these terms waives consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a service or billing issue.
